We develop, produce ,and supply specialized equipment for digital language and other labs for schools, training centres, lecture halls and recreational facilities enabling efficient education of pupils and students using the latest teaching methods.

We export them in many countries around the world – in the European Union member states (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany…), Russia, China… Our language labs meet European standards, the most demanding requirements for technology, jointly forming the latest trends in foreign language teaching.

Through supplies of the modular system of technology and furniture, with possibility to use the pay-as-you-go system as well as the instalment plan ,we are able to meet the basic and the most demanding requirements of our customers, and we always guarantee quality of the selected components. We provide both turnkey projects with possibility to design various layouts of the pupils’ workplaces, including the teacher’s workplace, and possibility to use the customer’s existing furniture. We discuss with our customers, and solve their requirements directly on the spot.

Use of the language labs and language classrooms by PZK Krnov is an efficient method of language teaching. It enables to develop the students’ reading, writing, listening ,and especially oral skills ,It is easy for the teachers to prepare interesting activities with use of authentic multimedia content.

Classrooms made by PZK Krnov are suitable means of organization lessons, both conversation individual and in pairs, and they provide the possibility of feedback for the students and the teacher. The teacher may listen to the conversation, assist discreetly, influence selection of participants for mutual communication, make records in the system and use repeatedly the language outputs, and subsequently make them available for mistake analyses. Volume in the headphones may be controlled, and with the RESET button the original condition of lab may be restored.

The equipment enables automatic monitoring, listening to a randomly selected student and testing, purposeful exercising and repeating with use of digital materials from CDs, MP3 free recordings, video recordings and teaching sources from the Internet as well as recordings of native speakers. The pupils may speak simultaneously with the recording, or work at individual rate. Their active participation in the lesson is much better. Other efficient teaching methods: use of the simultaneous recording of commentaries, listening to answers or translations, work with interactive textbooks.

Mobile digital language lab (universal, may be used for other purposes)

• it is mobile equipment determined for foreign language teaching, containing a lockable table with headphones and sound distribution, remote wireless control
• it offers recording from CDs, SD cards and USB memories from the MP3 format, precise selection of files (stop) and precise searching in them using the round actuating device, control of sound distribution, endless listening to recording in any part of the appropriate record (sentence, word, a part of the text…), deceleration (suitable for dictations) or acceleration (suitable for practicing listening to speech activity), bringing back the last used recording
• it enables voice mixing from wireless microphone to the recording, monitoring of the recording register on a large display; it is compatible with all of the PKZ language labs and classrooms
• the equipment may be used for sound distribution in a classroom, using a player or a wireless microphone (which means not only for foreign language teaching, but for any activity requiring efficient sound distribution – e.g. Music and PE lessons, various lectures, sports events etc.)
• you don’t need to perform any technical preparation works to start the equipment (the “open and work” system)

Characteristics of the above-mentioned types of language players, among others, are as follows (depending on the device type):

• efficient sound distribution in the rooms, compatible with all of the language labs produced by PZK
• easy and intuitive control, enabling playing back selected records, accelerated searching of selected sections in language units on CDs, flash discs or HDD with maximum capacity of 500 GB, acceleration, deceleration or endless repeating
• sound recording in the other memory of the flash disc player at the same time is a matter of course, storage and retrieval of selected recordings from the memory and connection with a PC via USB

Headphones with a microphone

Headphones with large, soft and tight ear pieces are tasteful, and at the same time robust, enough, providing comfort in spite of heavy and continuous operation. They are resistant to mechanical damage – e.g. fall, twisting, crushing due to sitting down, the dynamic handle of the microphone has a shape memory. When producing the headphones we emphasize reliability and resistance to damage. They are connected with the set with a robust cable secured against pulling out.
